Easter Eggs

Saturday, we just had a lazy day for the most part. When I got home from work on Friday night, Kamden's temp had spiked up to 104.4. After a dose of Motrin and a cool sponge bath, we got his fever down and he slept the rest of the night. Saturday, Tim had to go into work for a while. We decided to dye our Easter Eggs which was an experience with Kamden. He is very independent these days and likes to do everything by himself. The eggs turned out pretty good. I tried having the boys hold up their favorite egg so that I could snap a few pics. Kadyn dropped his favorite egg and it cracked. Kamden dropped his too, several times but it never seemed to crack. After about the 10th time, it did crack. Before it was all over, I think each egg had a crack. Oh well, we had fun! We invited some friends to church tonight. The church we go to has 3 services. One is on Saturday night. Because of the church growth and the anticipation of the Easter crowd, they were encouraging regular attenders to come to the Saturday night service. Our friends, Eric and Keely and Olivia, Easton and Maddux went with us as well as my friend and workout buddy Tamara and her kids Ethan and Elise. It was packed. We enjoyed the service, and the kids enjoyed Kidz World and the carnival that followed. We found out that they were expecting 20 two year olds but actually had 63. Can you imagine 63 two year olds? It was chaotic, but fun!
